الهيئة العربية توقّع مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة “أجروليوشن” الإسبانية لتطوير المشاريع الزراعية

وقّعت الهيئة العربية للاستثمار والإنماء الزراعي، مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة أجروليوشن الإسبانية المتخصصة في حلول الأعمال الزراعية، وذلك لتعزيز التعاون في تطوير مشاريع زراعية مبتكرة تسهم في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي وتعزيز التنمية المستدامة في الدول العربية.
وجرت مراسم التوقيع في المقر الرئيسي للهيئة في دبي، حيث مثّل الهيئة سعادة الدكتور عبيد سيف حمد الزعابي، رئيس مجلس الإدارة، ووقّع من جانب شركة “أجروليوشن” المدير التنفيذي السيد خوسيه ماريا مونتالبان.
وتهدف المذكرة إلى التعاون في تحديد وتطوير مشاريع زراعية قابلة للتنفيذ، تعرض على الهيئة للنظر في فرص دعمها واستثمارها، إلى جانب تمكين “أجروليوشن” من دمج حلول التمويل والتكنولوجيا الزراعية ضمن حزم المشاريع بما يعزز من جدواها الاقتصادية وجاذبيتها للمستفيدين.
كما تشمل الاتفاقية تقديم منصة “أجروليوشن”، التي تضم عشر شركات مرموقة متخصصة في تقنيات متكاملة تغطي مراحل الزراعة وما بعد الحصاد، بهدف توفير حلول استراتيجية شاملة تعزز سلاسل القيمة الزراعية. وتشمل الاتفاقية أيضاً تقديم خدمات استشارية متخصصة لصالح الهيئة في مجالات تقييم المشاريع، ودراسات الجدوى، والاستشارات الفنية، مما يسهم في رفع كفاءة وجودة الاستثمارات الزراعية في المنطقة.
وفي تصريح له بهذه المناسبة، أكد سعادة الدكتور عبيد سيف حمد الزعابي أن توقيع مذكرة التفاهم يُعد خطوة استراتيجية نحو تعزيز شراكات الهيئة مع القطاع الخاص العالمي في قطاع الزراعة، ودعم جهود التنمية المستدامة وتطوير سلاسل الإمداد الغذائي. وأضاف: “تجسد هذه الاتفاقية التزامنا بتوسيع نطاق التعاون الدولي، والاستفادة من الخبرات والابتكارات العالمية في سبيل تعزيز الأمن الغذائي وتحقيق تنمية زراعية حديثة في العالم العربي.”
من جهته، أعرب السيد خوسيه ماريا مونتالبان عن اعتزازه بهذه الشراكة قائلاً: “نحن فخورون بالتعاون مع الهيئة العربية للاستثمار والإنماء الزراعي، التي تُعد جهة رائدة في دعم التنمية الزراعية في المنطقة. ونؤمن بأن هذه الشراكة ستفتح آفاقًا جديدة للاستثمار والابتكار، من خلال توظيف خبراتنا التي تمتد لأكثر من ثلاثة عقود في تصميم مشاريع زراعية عالية الكفاءة تُسهم في تعزيز الأمن الغذائي وتحقيق أثر اقتصادي واجتماعي ملموس في الدول الأعضاء.”
AAAID Signs MoU with Spanish Company Agrolution to Develop Agricultural Projects

The Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development (AAAID), has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Spanish agribusiness solutions provider Agrolution. The agreement aims to strengthen cooperation in developing innovative agricultural projects that contribute to food security and promote sustainable development across Arab countries.
The signing ceremony took place at AAAID’s headquarters in Dubai, with H.E. Dr. Obaid Saif Hamad Al Zaabi, Chairman of AAAID, signing on behalf of the Authority, and Mr. José María Montalbán, Chief Executive Officer, signing on behalf of Agrolution.
The MoU outlines joint efforts to identify and develop viable agricultural projects for submission to AAAID for potential support and investment. It also enables Agrolution to incorporate agricultural finance and technology solutions into project packages, thereby enhancing their economic viability and appeal to beneficiaries.
As part of the agreement, Agrolution will provide access to its integrated platform, which brings together ten leading companies specializing in complementary technologies covering the entire agricultural value chain—from cultivation to post-harvest. This collaboration is designed to deliver comprehensive, strategic solutions that enhance the efficiency and resilience of agricultural systems. Additionally, Agrolution will offer specialized advisory services to AAAID in areas such as project evaluation, feasibility studies, and technical consulting, further contributing to the quality and impact of agricultural investments across the region.
Commenting on the signing, H.E. Dr. Obaid Saif Hamad Al Zaabi stated: “This MoU represents a strategic step toward strengthening AAAID’s partnerships with the global private sector in agriculture. It aligns with our commitment to sustainable development and improving food supply chains. Through this collaboration, we aim to leverage international expertise and innovation to enhance food security and drive modern agricultural advancement across the Arab world.”
For his part, Mr. José María Montalbán expressed pride in the partnership, saying: “We are honored to collaborate with AAAID, a pioneering institution in advancing agricultural development in the region.
